Zener impedance is derived by superimposing on lZT a 60Hz rms ac current equal to 10 % of IZT.

Z is the maximum difference between VZ-@ IZT and VZ at IZL measured with the device junction in
thermal equilibnum at an ambient temperature of +25° + 3°C.
