DESCRIPTION
The CAT24FC32 is a 32-kb Serial CMOS EEPROM
internally organized as 4k x 8 bits. The device is
compatible with the Fast-mode I
2
C bus specification and
operates down to 1.8 V at up to 400 kHz and 1 MHz at
V
CC
2.5 V. Extended addressing capability allows up
to 8 devices to share the same bus. Catalyst's advanced
CMOS technology substantially reduces device power
requirements. The device is optimized for high
performance applications, where low power, low voltage
and high speed operation are required.
The CAT24FC32 is available in 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOIC
(JEDEC and EIAJ) and 8-pin TSSOP packages.
