Description
A crystal controlled, low current TTL
oscillator providing precise rise and fall
times to drive HCMOS and NMOS mi-
croprocessors. Can drive up to 10 TTL
loads. Controlled rate of change in rise
and fall times reduces ringing and ground
bounce, and limits EMI to facilitate com-
pliance with FCC regulations. Provides
superior performance in circuits where
clock trace is greater than 2 inches. The
tri-state function enables the output to go
high impedance. Available in either a 14
or an 8 pin DIP compatible, resistance
welded, all metal case. Pin 7 (or Pin 4) is
grounded to case to reduce EMI.
