GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Ultra-fast, epitaxial rectifier diodes
intended for use as output rectifiers
in high frequency switched mode
power supplies.
The BYT79 series is supplied in the
conventional
leaded
SOD59
(TO220AC) package.
