1/4-type Optical Size
Frame Transfer NIR CCD for VGA
LC99119 is a 1/4-type optical size (Diagonal 4.57mm) Frame Transfer CCD (Charge-Coupled-Device) solid-state image
sensor with 330,000 effective pixels.
By combining it with LC99403 which is a dedicated signal processing IC, it is possible to compose a camera of 2.9V single
power supply with two chips. By combining it with LC99403, it is also possible to support EIA output.
