STMicroelectronics
VIPower™
technology,
intended for driving resistive or inductive loads
with one side grounded. Built-in thermal shut-
down protects the chip from overtemperature and
short circuit. The open drain diagnostic output
indicates
open
circuit
(no
load)
and
overtemperature status.
