DESCRIPTION
The AD6C541-D is a uni-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. It is designed to replace electro-
mechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists of an integrated circuit that drives one rugged
enhancement type DMOS transistors - optically coupled to a light emitting diode. The output MOS transistor has extremely low on
resistance making the relays ideal where minimal signal attenuation is desired.
