RF6504 is a front end module (FEM) intended for 433MHz to 470MHz AMI/AMR
systems. This module provides separate ports for Rx and Tx paths. The Tx section
provides a PA with nominal output power of 30dBm and gain of 15dB. The Rx is a
pass through. Both are combined to a single antenna port with a SP2T switch. The
device is provided in a 5.5mm x 5.0mm, 28-pin package.
