DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 72-bit (256MB), CAS Latency 2 (CL2)
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) PC100 ECC memory module. The components on this
module include eighteen 16M x 8-bit (4M x 4-Bit x 4 bank) low profile PC100 CL2 SDRAM
components in TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires
+3.3V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
