With tight tolerance of capacitance as fine ±0.035 pF, these low equivalent series resistance (150 milliohms at
1GHz for 3 pF capacitance) chip capacitors are available in 0402 and 0201 packages. These small case sizes
provide for space savings, and lead free construction is environmentally safe.
