VOLTAGE DETECTOR

The S-808xxC series is a family of high-precision voltage

detectors, developed using CMOS technology. The detec-

tion voltage is fixed and its accuracy is

±2.0%.

Five package

types are available for various uses. Open-drain (Nch open-

drain) output and Push-pull (CMOS output) are available.
