DESCRIPTION
The WED7PxxxCFA70xxI25 series CompactFlash™ card
is an ATA interface flash memory card based on flash
technology. The CompactFlash™ card is constructed with
a flash disk controller chip and NAND-type flash memory
device. Operates from a single 5-Volt or 3.3-Volt power
source. The card is available in CompactFlash™ type-I
form factor with 128MB, 256MB, 512MB and 1.02GB
unformatted capacity. Being able to emulate IDE hard disk
drives and certified in accordance with the CompactFlash™
Certification Plan, WEDC’s CompactFlash™ card is a
