DESCRIPTION & FEATURES
概述及特點
FH63系列是PFM(頻率)工½模式升壓型DC/DC½
換器。採用COMS工藝和鐳射微調技術,達到了½
電流消耗、高精度。該器件降½了應用于傳呼器時
多成為問題的½換時的高頻雜訊。最大工½頻率為
400kHz。由於內½開關電晶體,只需外½線圈、二
極體、電容器3種元件,可構建升壓電路。
此外,還備有具備用以停止工½以此抑制電流消耗
的CE(停機控制)功½、以及可用於反激電路的、有
獨立VDD端(將電源和檢測電壓端分開)的產品。
PFM升壓DCDC FH63 Series
The
FH63
Series is a group of PFM controlled
step-up DC/DC converters. The FH63 series employs
CMOS process and laser trimming technologies so as
to attain low power and high accuracy. By using an
externally connected transistor, coil, diode and
capacitor with the FH63, a very efficient step-up DC/DC
converter can be created.
With a high switching frequency of 400kHz, smaller
external components can be used thereby saving
valuable board space.
Both built-in and external transistor types include 5-pin
and 3-pin packages, which are provided with either a
CE (chip enable) function that reduces power
consumption during shut-down mode. or a VDD pin
function (separated power and voltage detect pins).
Input Voltage Range : 0.9V ~ 10V
Stand-by capability : IQ=6μA (Typ.)
Output voltage Range : 2.0V ~ 6.0V programmable in
100mV increments (±2.5%)
Output Current : More than 100mA
(VIN=2.0V, VOUT=3.3V)
High Efficiency : 80% (TYP.)
Low start up Voltage:0.9V(MAX)
