Product Description
The ICA1007A is a 2 stage general purpose
gain block targeted at communication,
instrumentation and defense markets. The
product offers excellent input and output
return loss making it ideal for buffer, driver
and gain stage functions. Performance can
be tailored by using unique bias points on
the first and second stage amplifiers. This
allows the designer to optimize for noise,
DC power consumption, or output power
by using the same device with different
bonding conditions. All devices are on-wafer
RF tested. The device is manufactured using
GaAs MESFET technology and offers
exceptional reliability and value.
