PKV SERIES
The Piconics PKV series is a surface mount slide core tunable inductor. The PKV provides a rectangular shape easily handled by
automatic equipment for assembly into thick or thin film circuitry. Unique features offered by this series include, an edge plating
provided for forming a solder fillet. The ceramic substrate is interlocked into the molded epoxy case and the internal connectors are
welded. The overall design and materials are carefully selected to withstand several attachments and removals using reflow
techniques without damage or degradation in performance.
