Insulator: 30% glass-filled thermoplastic PA46 or equivalent, black.
2.Finish:
Contact: 3 micro-inch (0.0765 micron) Min gold plating all over.
100-200 micro inch (2.54-5.08 micron) Tin/Lead at solder tail and
50-100 micro-inch (1.27-2.54 micron) nickel under plated.
3. Electrical specifications:
Voltage rating: 250 Vac min
Current rating: 2.0 A min
Dielectric strength: 500 Vac for 1 minute min
Insulation resistance: 500 MEG ohm min
Contact resistance: 25 milli ohm max
Operation temperature: -55°C to +125°C
4. Mechanical specifications:
Durability: 5,000 cycles
Normal force at mated position: 80g min.
5.Packaging:
Parts to be packaged in anti-static tape and reel for automatic
placement. All packaging materials to be approved by Amphenol
engineering.
