The S-93C86B is a high speed, low current consumption, 3-wire serial E
2
PROM with a wide operating voltage range. The S-
93C86B has the capacity of 16 K-bit, and the organization is 1024-word
16 bit. It is capable of sequential read, at which
time addresses are automatically incremented in 16-bit blocks.
The communication method is by the Microwire bus.
