DESCRIPTION
The BB110B and BB2110DI are BGA Resistor Networks designed to
terminate SSTL_2 Class I and Class II systems. These Networks use thick
film resistors with high temperature solder balls. The resistors are integrated
onto a ceramic substrate between the solder balls, minimizing signal paths and
eliminating via connections on the device. Stray capacitance and inductance
are virtually eliminated.

Compliant to JEDEC Std. 8-9A.
Superior High Frequency Performance.
Minimal stray capacitance and inductance are achieved by placing resistors and BGA termination
on the same side of ceramic substrate.
The device can be easily surface mounted using automatic Pick and
Place equipment.
