Features
Silicon Planar Power Zener Diodes
Standard Zener voltage tolerance is ± 5% with a “B” suffix.
Other tolerances are available upon request.
These diodes are also available in Mini-MELF case with
the type designation ZMM5225 ... ZMM5267, SOT-23 case
with the type designation MMBZ5265 ... MMBZ5267 and
SOD-23 case with the types designation
MMSZ5225 ... MMSZ5267.
This is a Pb − Free Device
All SMC parts are traceable to the wafer lot
