The EDI7F4334MC is organized as a 4 x 4Meg x 32
module which is based on AMDs AM29F016 - 2Meg
x 8 Flash device in TSOP packages which are
mounted on an FR4 substrate.
This module offers access times between 100 and
150ns allowing for operation of high-speed micropro-
cessors without wait states.
