The FT122 is a USB generic interface
controller with the following advanced

USB 2.0 Full Speed compatible
High performance USB device controller with
integrated SIE, endpoint buffer, transceiver
and voltage regulators
Fully integrated clock generation
external crystal required
microcontroller
Supports DMA operation
Supports up to 8 bi-directional endpoints with
total 2K bytes endpoint buffer
Max packet size is 504 bytes for isochronous
endpoint and 64 bytes for control/bulk/
interrupt endpoint
Double
buffer

Multiple interrupt modes to facilitate both bulk
