The UG88S3246JSG-PL/PH is a 8Mbits x 32 Sync
DRAM module. The UG88S3246JSG-PL/PH is assembled
using 2 pcs of 8M x 16 with 4 Banks Sync DRAMs in 54 pin
TSOP packages mounted on 100 pin unbuffered printed
circuit board.
