5.0 W mono, ultra-low EMI, filterless Class D audio amplifier

Features

•CS8305E is a high efficiency, ultra-low EMI, 5.0w mono Class D audio amplifier. The filter-free PWM modulation structure of CS8305E reduces external components, PCB area and system cost, and simplifies the design. Up to 90% efficiency, fast startup time and small package size make CS8305E the best choice for lithium battery or USB powered speakers.


•The fully differential architecture and extremely high PSRR of CS8305E effectively improve the RF noise suppression capability of CS8305E and eliminate the BYPASS capacitor of traditional audio amplifier.


•CS8305E adopts the original AERC (Adaptive Edge RateControl) technology, which can provide excellent full-bandwidth EMI suppression capability. Without any auxiliary design, it still has a margin of more than 20dB under the FCC Part15 Class B standard. It is particularly suitable for applications that are susceptible to EMI interference, such as speakers, CMMB, and mobile analog TV.


•CS8305E has built-in over-current protection, short-circuit protection and over-heat protection, which effectively protects the chip from being damaged under abnormal working conditions.


•CS8305E provides ESOP8 package type. Good heat dissipation performance makes the chip safer to use in high-power situations. Its rated operating temperature range is -400C to 850C.
