Ultra precision tantalum
nitride resistance element
on high purity alumina.
Rugged, molded
construction.
IRC’s TaNFilm®, Small Outline Integrated Circuit resistor networks are ideally suited for surface mounting.
The 0.05 inch lead spacing provides higher lead density, increased component count, lower installed resistor
cost, and better reliability. They are ideally suited for the latest surface mount assembly techniques, and each
lead can be 100% visually inspected. The compliant leads relieve thermal expansion and contraction stressed
created by soldering and temperature excursions.
The tantalum nitride film system provides precision tolerance, exceptional TCR tracking, and low noise.
TaNFilm® provides stability, high reliability, and long life characteristics. Testing has demonstrated performance
exceeding MIL-PRF-83401 characteristics H.

How to analyze the principle of power supply IC UCC2805D
As shown in the figure, IN is +5V, which is used by the secondary side of the transformer to feed back to the power IC. Assuming that IN is greater than 5V, TL431 will be turned on, causing the K pole...

Question: How to distinguish the size of ATMEL memory (how many K)?
I recently bought a few ATMEL memory chips from a merchant. I want 128K, but I always feel that it is not as big as the 32K I originally wanted. The chip I have now says: ATMEL316 24C256N SI27A. The b...

Is the STM32 RTC really related to the crystal oscillator?
As for crystal oscillators, I have checked many manufacturers, and their worst accuracy is ≤50PPM, which means that there is only an error of 1 pulse in 20,000 pulses. For a 32.768kHz crystal oscillat...
