This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein G affinity purified immunoglobulin
fraction in PBS buffer without preservative.
Flow cytometry (use 10 µl of neat antibody to label 10

cells in 100 µl; It is
recommended that the user dilutes the antibody for use in their own system
to a concentration equivalent to their test reagent). Immunohistochemistry on
frozen sections. ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of
this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the
user.
A rat IgG1 isotype negative control for the measurement of non-specific
binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG1. Negative on all mouse
cells and cell lines tested. This antibody recognises a human cell surface
marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in this species.
Store at –20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year
from despatch.
