TO-3P
The
UTC 11N80
is an N-Channel power MOSFET, it uses UTC’s
advanced technology to provide customers with a minimum on-state
resistance, low gate charge and high switching speed.
The
UTC 11N80
is suitable for high speed switching applications
in power supplies, PWM motor controls, high efficient DC to DC
converters and bridge circuits.
