DESCRIPTION:

The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPT5179 type

is an NPN silicon RF transistor manufactured by the

epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a surface

mount package, designed for low noise, high frequency

amplifier and high output oscillator applications.
