DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPT6517 and
CMPT6520 are complementary silicon transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a surface mount package, designed for high
voltage driver and amplifier applications.
