General Description
The BD9141MUV is ROHM’s high efficiency
step-down switching regulator designed to produce a
low voltage including 5.0V/3.3V from 2 lithium cell
power supply line. It offers high efficiency by using
pulse skip control technology and synchronous
switches, and provides fast transient response to
sudden load changes by implementing current mode
control.
