Radiation Tolerant QUAD 2-Input OR Gate
DESCRIPTION
The AAHH32 is part of ASIC Advantage’s family of
Radiation Tolerant products aimed at the military and
aerospace markets. The AAHH32 is a Radiation-
Tolerant Quad 2 input OR gate. It utilizes Bi-CMOS
technology and is a replacement to the obsolete part
5962R9573601VXC.
