General Description
The G1331 is a low voltage comparator with
open-drain output. It is guaranteed to operate from
2.7V to 6V power supply. The current consumption is
as low as 90μA at 5V supply voltage. So it is very
suitable for portable electronic devices applications.
G1331 is available in the SOT-23-5 and SC-70-5
package.
