Johanson’s Mini-Switchmode® ceramic capacitors
combine the advantages of high capacitance found in
tantalum capacitors with very low ESR performance
of ceramic capacitors. The “J” and “L” lead
configurations provide mechanical stress relief to
prevent cracking of large surface mounted ceramic
capacitors due to thermal cycling. These features
make them ideal for use in Belcore compliant DC-DC
converter designs and many other applications.
