Description
Our standard VCXOs QEV14-KH and QEV4-KH use a high precision sealed
quartz 2 points mount crystal with a hybrid or epoxy circuit board. They are
designed to operate at temperature to -40° C to +85° C. These low cost
oscillators are particularly well suited for cellular base stations, test
equipment, digital switching. Both DIL and half-DIL are able to drive TTL
and CMOS loads for more design flexibility. The QEV14-KH version utilizes
PLL technology above 40 MHz to offer an extended frequency up to
155.52 MHz with a pulling range up to ±150 ppm.
