Description
Spectrum Microwave offers a complete line of low noise,
odd order SRD frequency multipliers, which exhibit excel-
lent phase noise performance. The input signal is ampli-
fied, multiplied, and filtered at X Band. Filtering in this
series of multipliers is accomplished through a very narrow,
high Q bandpass filter.
All internal semiconductors are housed in rugged, hermeti-
cally sealed packages to ensure excellent performance
over military environmental conditions.
Additive phase noise testing is performed on each device
to ensure low phase noise/jitter performance.
