General Notes:
1. Resistance Tolerance: Standard tolerance is ± 5%.
2. Mechanical Tolerance: ± 0.010 unless otherwise
specified.
3. Custom mechanical configurations available upon
request.
4. All connectors are female, unless otherwise requested.
5. All dimensions are in inches.
Power Derating:
RF Power terminations can be derated for flange tem-
peratures up to 150°C. (see chart). This will provide the
user with improved reliability and a wide margin of
performance under strin-
gent operating conditions.
This is a result of a propri-
etary thick film process
allowing for maximum heat
transfer from the film to the
BeO substrate.

Coaxial Terminations
Suggested Mounting Procedures:
1. Make sure that the devices are mounted on flat
surfaces to optimize the heat transfer (0.001 in/in
under the device).
2. Drill and tap the heatsink for the appropriate thread
size to be used.
3. Coat heatsink with a minimum amount of high quality
silicone grease (0.001 in/in maximum thickness).
4. Position device on mounting surface and secure using
socket head screws, flat and split washers. Torque
screws to the appropriate value. Make sure that the
device is flat against the heatsink.
