■特長 Features
双方向対称性を有し、正負のサージ吸収が可½です。
積層構造により、
小½ながら大きなサージを吸収できます。
小½パッケージにより、省スペース、高密度実装が可½です。
端子鉛フリー品は、RoHS対応品です。電極、バリスタ素子、ガ
ラスに含まれる鉛ガラスはRoHSの適用除外です。
Varistors own two-way symmetries and can absorb positive and
negative surges.
Multilayer construction allows its small size to absorb a large surge.
Small space and high density mounting available due to the small
package.
Products with lead free termination meet RoHS requirements.
RoHS regulation is not intended for Pb-glass contained in electrode,
varistor element and glass.

過電圧からの半導½素子の保護
圧電素子から発生するサージ電圧の吸収
