800PGY/6 Blue Test Cord and 800RGY/6 Orange Test Cord
Description
The Blue and Orange Test Cords for the 800/900-Series DSX-1/1C
Systems take advantage of Lucent Technologies’ special circuit
board connection technology. Thanks to the multi-contact
capability of the plugs and jacks, several different test and
in-
service
monitoring functions can be performed
from a single jack.
Furthermore, when testing or monitoring, all cross-connect wiring
and tie cabling are included in the circuit, which helps assure
thorough coverage.
Each cord comes with the appropriate circuit board plug for
insertion into the DSX on one end, and with two bantam plugs on
the other end for connection to test equipment.
Applications -- Blue Test Cords

Far-end testing of digital circuit
•
Test access of cross-connected IOR
•
Sectionalization of cross-connected IOR.
