Electrically conductive elastomers provide environmental sealing, and excellent mechanical and electromagnetic shielding
properties. They are ideal for applications that demand both environmental sealing and EMI shielding, and can be used in
a wide range of operating temperatures. laird Technologies offers a wide variety of conductive filler materials in extruded,
molded die-cut,dispensed form-in-place, printed and coated formats. We are constantly formulating new and custom
compounds to provide you with more design options to meet your needs.

High-volume production processes use a 60-ton injection molding press with a cold runner system for multi-cavity
molds to reduce cycle times and material loss.
