transferred to neighboring components. Two ferrite substrate formulas offer
peak impedance at 200 MHz and 700 MHz, respectively, with measurable
performance up to 1.2 GHz. The absorber membrane complements the
attenuation profile up to 5.0 GHz with peak performance at 3.2 GHz. For
optimum results, the absorber membrane is positioned to face the RF
source. A second absorber tile under the component on the opposite side of
the circuit board will dramatically increase the effective RF attenuation by a
factor of four (4) depending on frequency. Attaches to any surface with
optional adhesive foam base or common electronic adhesives bonded to the
absorber membrane side.
