Data Sheet
Description
The AMMP-6345 MMIC is a broadband 0.2W driver ampli-
fier in a surface mount package designed for use in trans-
mitters that operate in various frequency bands between
18GHz and 45GHz. At 24GHz, it provides 20.2dBm of out-
put power (P-1dB) and 24.3dB of small-signal gain from
a small easy-to-use device. This MMIC optimized for lin-
ear operation with an output third order intercept point
(OIP3) of 29dBm. The device has input and output match-
ing circuitry for use in 50 Ohm environments.
