CircuitWorks
Heat Sink Grease silicone
compound facilitates heat transfer away
from electrical/electronic components. This
heavy consistency material is thickened
with a heat conductive metal oxide filler to
maintain a positive heat sink seal in
electrical/electronic equipment.
