DESCRIPTION
Johanson Dielectrics has developed this series
of high voltage surface mount ceramic chip
capacitors specifically for circuits requiring
higher working voltage ratings. The product line
consists of six EIA standard SMT chip sizes with
nickel barrier terminations and tape & reel pack-
aging. Capacitance selection includes standard
RETMA values of up to .018µF in stable NPO
dielectric and up to 0.39 µF in extended range
X7R dielectric. These chips are designed and
manufactured to meet or exceed the require-
ments of Mil-C-55681 making them well suited
for use in commercial, industrial, military, and
telecommunications equipment. Applications
include filtering, surge protection, noise suppres-
sion, power supplies, and voltage multiplier
circuits.
