• The ability to re-configure during the evaluation process allows the design engineer
to test several configurations to determine the best application performance based
upon anticipated use conditions, efficiency expectations and output requirements
• Offers the versatility of multiple identical coils, which can be placed in series or
parallel configurations to meet the specific electrical parameters in the application
• Once testing has shown the best configuration for the application, the form factor
of the magnetics is known, so that PCB layout directly follows
