Available as non-RoHS (Sn/Pb plating), standard, and as RoHS by adding “-PBF” suffix.
Available in both axial leaded and radial packages (“R” prefix for radial packages)
Selections for 170 to 280 volts standoff voltage
Suppresses transients up to 15000 watts @ 10/10000µa and 100000 watts @ 8/20µs
