TBJ SERIES
DLA Dwgs 07016 & 95158
The DLA 07016 & 95158 famalies, based on
the CWR11 form factor, are high reliability
series encompassing the current range of EIA
Low ESR ratings. DLA 07016 has the widest
range of case sizes, capacitance / voltage
ratings, and is offered with Weibull Grade “B”,
“C”, and "D" reliability with all MIL-PRF-55365
surge test options (“A”, “B” & “C”).
For Space Level applications, SRC9000
qualification is recommend. Please refer to
the TBJ COTS-Plus SRC9000 datasheet for
part number availability.
There are four termination finishes available:
solder plated, fused solder plated, hot solder
dipped and gold plated (these correspond to “H”,
“K”, “C” and “B” termination, respectively, per MIL-
PRF-55365).
The molding compound has been selected
to meet the requirements of UL94V-0 (Flame
Retardancy) and outgassing requirements of
ASTM E-595.
For moisture sensitivity levels please refer to the
High Reliability Tantalum MSL section located
in the back of the High Reliability Tantalum
Catalog.

Could you please tell me how is the shockproof capability of STM8S?
Recently, several products using STM8S903K3 had problems during drop/ball hit tests. After the drop, it was found that the VDD and VSS of the MCU were short-circuited or the impedance became very smal...
