一、概述

电容器及介质种类
：
X8R：此类介质材料的电容器为Ⅱ类电容器，具有较高的介电常数，具有高达 150℃的上限½用温度和稳
定的温度特性，可靠性高，可应用于高温环境中的各种电子设备中，如½½电子,石油勘探设备及照明电子
等。

X8R： The capacitor made from X8R material is considered as Class
Ⅱ
capacitor with high dielectric constant.
These capacitors can be used for applications up to 150℃ with stable performance and high reliability. These
capacitors are fit for applications exposed to high temperature such as automotive electronics, oil exploration
equipments and lighting equipments, etc.
