Introduction
The UbiQ-230, a 3.5" scenario control panel with seven programmable hot keys for one-touch operation, is a new member of the Advantech control panel family that targets the Home/
Building-Residential/Commercial Automation fields. It seamlessly integrates seven front-bezel keys for intuitive selection of home scenarios; one PROG key for system programming;
and four DI/O, an RS-232, RS-422 & RS-485 ports for versatile protocol connections. Likewise, UbiQ-230 keeps the legacy of a control panel offering a simple interface with flexible
and expandible control protocols such as RS-485, LonWorks®, DALI, and Modbus to provide versatile control capacities. The UbiQ-230 offers scheduled energy management of
home lighting, HVAC, blind, dimmer and power devices to deliver the perfect way of creating a home comfort zone. Besides the UbiQ-230, dimmers and relays will be included in the
Scenario control package, so system integrators can easily build Smart Home applications.
