Preface
The MOSICE-9058 In Circuit Emulator is a complete development system which is exclusively for the U001 chip.
It is developed and offered by Mosel Vitelic Inc. From this manual, user will find out many specialities and benifits
which this system contains. Not only for its advanced hardware architecture but also for its user-friendly software
design. MOSICE-9058 provides user with the most accurate emulation which is needed for any kind of
application assignments of the U001 chip.
This user's manual is organized in six chapters: chapter 1 is introduction and installation procedures for the
MOSICE-9058, chapter 2 is features and specialities of the U001 chip, chapter 3 is features of the MOSICE-9058,
chapter 4 is about the MUI and MUIN commands which includes LCD PLA simulation editor and Mask option
editor, chapter 5 is about the MXA cross assembler and chapter 6 is about some concepts and examples of the
U001 programming.
With the help of this manual, user can install and operate the MOSICE-9058 in a short period of time. However, it
is recommended that user should familiar with U001 instructions before he starts his tasks.
