DESCRIPTION
The Oki MSC23837A-xxBS18/DS18 is a fully decoded 8,388,608-word

36-bit CMOS dynamic
random access memory composed of eighteen 16-Mb DRAMs (4M

4) in SOJ packages mounted
with decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy SIMM Package. This module is generally
used for memory expansion in parity applications such as workstations.
