Omron F3SG-SR Series Safety Light Curtain
Photoelectric safety light curtains generate a protective light screen by emitting infrared rays. When a person or object intrudes and blocks the light screen, the device sends a light-blocking signal, stopping potentially hazardous machinery and preventing accidents. This type of safety device is widely used in industrial settings.
Omron
's
F3SG-SR
series safety light curtains feature a standardized yet flexible design, allowing manufacturers to balance safety standards with production line flexibility, providing comprehensive protection for equipment operators. They offer a range of protection heights from 160mm to 2,480mm, support IP67G oil resistance, and a minimum operating temperature of -30°C.
The F3SG-SR light curtain offers an Area Beam Indication (ABI) function for quick inspection of beam status. Its long-range sensing capability enables reliable detection even in harsh environments, enabling stable detection up to 20m in harsh environments and a maximum detection range of 70m.
The F3SG-SR's Intelligent Tap function stores programs and automatically uploads them to the light curtain, reducing the time required to program and replace light curtains, making deployment and use of light curtain safety systems more convenient.
